Melody Nwagwu, a senior at Grandview High in Colorado representing Steadfast Academy Track Club, won the open/unattached/club girls triple jump with an effort of 39-3 (11.96m) at the NIKE Chandler Rotary Invitational at Austin Field in Chandler, Ariz. Nwagwu also finished fifth in the long jump with a leap of 17-2 (5.23m) and secured 13th place overall in the 200 meters in 26.07.
