Valor Christian CO senior Anna Hall won the girls 300-meter hurdles in a meet-record 41.58 seconds at the 79th NIKE Chandler Rotary Invitational at Austin Field in Chandler, Ariz. Hall, a Georgia signee, eclipsed the 2016 meet record of 42.02 seconds established by Elsja Mecham of Summit Academy UT. Hall also cleared 5-10 (1.77m) in the high jump, but placed second to Cierra Tidwell of Highland AZ based on making the height on her second attempt after Tidwell got over the bar on her first try. Hall opened her day with a seventh-place finish in the javelin throw with a mark of 106-6 (32.46m).
