North Canyon AZ juniors Dominique Mustin and Jadyn Mays combined to win four events at the 79th NIKE Chandler Rotary Invitational at Austin Field in Chandler, Ariz. Mustin set the meet record in the 800 meters by clocking 2:06.99, eclipsing the 2015 record of 2:11.42 by Dani Jones of Desert Vista AZ to earn girls track athlete of the meet honors. Mays swept the 100 and 200 meters, both in wind-legal efforts of 11.76 and 23.99 seconds. Mays and Mustin teamed with Jayde Charlton and Athena Montgomery to win the 4x400-meter relay in 3:46.78.
